Deep Shift – sustainable change
Intensive coaching is for people who want to solve multiple issues or long-term challenges.
Marc will work with you personally for 50 minutes during the first week (by phone or on-site in Karlsruhe).
This is followed by three further appointments of 25 minutes each – weekly.
During this intensive month, several causes can be identified and permanently eliminated.
Quick Shift
Clarity & Change in 25 Minutes
In this 25-minute telephone session, Marc works precisely on 1–2 topics using the Energetic Upgrade® techniques.
Often a single session is enough to experience noticeable, lasting results.
Group Shift
Shifting together – in deep connection
In this 90-minute Zoom meeting, Marc works with 2-3 other participants simultaneously.
Everyone submits two topics in advance – and everyone is energetically shifted to all problems.
Experience the collective effect and benefit from the field of others.

How quickly does coaching work?

Energetic Upgrade works on all issues that arise from inner patterns or blockages: physical, emotional, mental, or situational. What is the difference between the coaching formats?
Quick Shift: a single 25-minute session – for fast, focused change.
The Deep Dive: 4 weeks of support – for deeper topics or multiple areas of life.
Group Shift: Group session with 2–3 people – shared energetic field, intensive effect.
How many topics can I work on in The Deep Shift Coaching?
As many as appear over time – usually 3-5 spread over the four weeks.

How can I book an appointment?
Choose the coaching format that suits you and click "Book now" or "Request an appointment." You will then receive an email with suggested appointment times. Coaching sessions are available by phone, via Zoom, or in-person in Karlsruhe.
How does Nice Price Monday work?
Every Monday, Marc offers two Quick Shift coaching sessions at half price.
These appointments are a thank you to long-standing clients and an opportunity for new participants to experience Energetic Upgrade.
Places are in high demand and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If there are no Monday appointments available, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list and informed as soon as a spot becomes available again.
Is the coaching medical or therapeutic?
No. Energetic Upgrade is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. It serves as a means of consciousness work and energetic clarification to resolve root causes and facilitate inner freedom.
